A complex data processing engagement with a large Norwegian public company commenced in 2015.


Two teams of 15 fully dedicated agents are currently working on customer support, and invoice toll payments of several hundred million NOK annually.

We manage our resources nimbly and effectively, quickly upscaling if and when needed. In the example of our Norwegian projects, we are able to rapidly ramp up our operator numbers during peak season, when the number of cars transiting toll stations increases by over 50%.
